Watauga County Farmers' Market

Saturday Morning October 30

Several farmers will have local molasses this weekend which comes from the sorghum shown here.Molasses and Sorghum

Watauga County Farmers' Market will be open for one more regular market this year. There will be plenty of fresh local produce, eggs, meats, a fine selection of specialty foods, wreathes and great art and crafts. The supply of local apples is holding up and of course you will need a pumpkin for decor and pies. Remember you can also find the best in the area at our holiday market on the Saturdays before and after Thanksgiving.

Watauga County Agricultural Conference Center

Meetings and functions of the Watauga County Farmers' Market are often held at the Watauga County Agricultural Conference Center. The map to the Watauga County Agricultural Conference Center may be of help. This indicates the actual entrance to the Conference Center off Poplar Grove Road, not the main entrance to the Cooperative Extension Office on King Street.
