This Saturday will be the most beautiful day be the most beautiful day in the history of October and we hope everyone will be able to come out and enjoy the season with us. Saturday markets will continue until the end of October. There will also be two holiday markets on the Saturdays before and after Thanksgiving.
Zydeco Moon Organic Farm will have broccoli, heirloom tomatoes, lettuce mix, spicy mustard mix, braising greens (tender mustard, chard and kale), butternut, acorn and delicata squash. Rocking S Farm will offer beef, pie pumpkins and turnips. Stock up for winter at Blue Ridge Apiaries with Sourwood, Wildflower, Infused, and Creamed Honeys.
Sunflowers, decorative gourds, and pumpkins are available this week from Faith Mountain Farm as well as sourwood honey, granola, whole grain breads, and newly popular chocolate cashew butter. Shady Grove Gardens & Nursery will provide great autumn decorations with orange winterberry holly, snowberries, colored ornamental sorghum along with lavender sachets.

Check out Lulu's Sweet & Savory for some fabulous bread puddings and frittatas. Get your holiday orders in early for delicious sweet potato bread puddings with pecan praline sauce or a pumpkin sage savory bread pudding for holiday dinners.
To help you get ready for winter, Susan Graham will have her unique wool felt hats, mittens and purses. Check out her colorful line of warm woolies at her booth next to the manager’s space.
